  • Acceptance of Terms
    Welcome to Fantasy Slam! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fantasy Slam website and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
  • Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • Account Registration
    To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Fantasy Slam immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
  • User Conduct

    • Violate any laws, rules, or regulations applicable to your use of the Services.
    • Infringe upon the rights of any person or entity, including without limitation, their intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
    • Harass, abuse, or harm another person, including sending unwanted communications to any Fantasy Slam user.
    • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Services.
    • Use the Services to transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature.
  • Intellectual Property Rights
    The Services and all content and materials available on the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of Fantasy Slam or its content suppliers and are protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any content or materials available on the Services without the prior written consent of Fantasy Slam.
  • User Content
    You grant Fantasy Slam a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display any content that you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content") throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to your User Content and that your User Content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of submitting, posting, or displaying it on the Services.
  • Privacy Policy
    Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Termination
    Fantasy Slam may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
  • Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold Fantasy Slam and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
  • Disclaimer of Warranties
    The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Fantasy Slam makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Services. You expressly agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Fantasy Slam disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Fantasy Slam does not warrant that the Services, their servers, or email sent from Fantasy Slam are free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • Limitation of Liability
    Fantasy Slam will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Services, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.
  • Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  • Dispute Resolution
    Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be in India. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.
  • Entire Agreement
    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fantasy Slam and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and Fantasy Slam. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase certain other Fantasy Slam services, affiliate services, third-party content, or third-party software.
  • Modification of Terms
    Fantasy Slam reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
